Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, we offer local pickup in Iowa only. No order number is required, but an appointment is necessary.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders of $500 or more qualify for free shipping.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We currently use USPS and FedEx, and all shipping costs are based on weight.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
- Embroidered items are non-refundable.
- Replacements are offered only for errors or manufacturer defects, and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
How do I care for my Easy Equine products?
- All Easy Equine Brand products are hand wash only.
- Garments will have manufacturer-provided care labels with additional details.
